Our Milestone So Far..

1988

Adhunik Transport started as a Partnership Company at Masjid by Mr Rajendra Kumar Agarwal and Mr K C Shekhar.

1990

Adhunik Transport converted into a Private Limited Company

1991

Adhunik Transport converted into a Public Limited Company

1998

With a great growth and acceleration the company had 18 branch offices in Pan India acquired 50 own fleets.

2019

With Quality and integrity Adhunik achieved a top line revenue of INR 2 billion with a strong 250 people of Adhunik family and 120 own fleets with a vision to achieve INR 5 billon in the next five year.

Founder & Managing Director

Rajendra Kumar Agarwal

A Thinker, Humanitarian, Mr Rajendra Kumar Agarwal popularly knows RK has made his mark in the corporate world with a visionary approach complemented by his accredited marketing zeal. He is known for his dynamism, instant response, sincerity, honesty, truthfulness, co-operative and compromising nature, trouble-shooting, and kind-heartedness. RK believes in `SIMPLE LIVING – HIGH THINKING’ is easily approachable to anybody.

On completion of his initial education, RK started his career in 1976 by joining a private firm. In 1988 he started Adhunik Transport as a Partnership Firm. With his marketing skill and hard work today Adhunik is one of the largest transport company in the Transport World.

RK has made significant contribution in developing EDUCATIONAL, MEDICAL, SOCIAL & CHARITABLE Institutions. `SERVICE TO MANKIND IS SERVICE TO GOD’, has been the guiding principle of his life.

K Chandra Shekhar

K Chandra Shekhar known in the trade circle as Shekhar, is man of vision. He started his carrier in a private firm with his hard work and vision he joined hands with Mr Rajendra Agarwal and started Adhunik Transport. With his operational skill the company grew excellent and widening their network Pan India.

Shekhar known for his self-respect, outspokenness and cordial relationship with employees and vendors. Shekhar is extremely humble and judicious. Shekhar believes that our success is not determined merely by how much good is within us, but how often the higher within us overcomes the lower with in us.

Independent Director

S Ramamurthy

Mr S Ramamurthy is a Finance Management Graduate from an accredited University from Mumbai also he is a Law Graduate .Before joining as an Independent Director of Adhunik he worked as a Whole Director in a listed Pharma Company more than a decade and also Director in number of Pharma Company. He is known for his Corporate compliance. He has played a strategic role in several projects in his carrier and with his skills he laid foundation for verticalization.

He appointed as an Independent Director in 2016. With his corporate skills and finance ability he took the company in to a most favorite Logistic Company in Pan India.

He is an active member in Bombay management Association, CEO Association of Mumbai, Bombay Productivity Council and Vedic School of Mulund.

Ritesh Agarwal

Mr Ritesh Agarwal is a second generation entrepreneur joined the Board in 2006 after completion his graduation. He is a man of visionary and have a vision to take Adhunik in to a Fortune Company in the near future.

Second Generation Entrepreneur with a visionary, having rich experience in transportation business.

He joined the Adhunik Board 2005, after finished his graduation.

After completing his graduation in commerce joined the Adhunik Board 2017.

Mr. Shailesh Arjun Gawade

Mr. Shailesh Gawade, is a Commerce Graduate along with Diploma in Computer science. He worked with various manufacturing company in accounts. He joined as an Assistant General Manager Finance with Adhunik in 2016. Gawade’s experience includes all aspects of strategy finance and accounts. He has been focused on driving financial performance through synergy capital allocation and portfolio optimisation. He had successfully completed the Adhunik a system driven company. As a step in that direction, we have successfully implemented web-based on-line software with modules for Operations, Accounts, Payroll and Fleet. We are now in the process of implementing Business Intelligence Software for the organization.
